Travel Media Awards 2026 takes place on Monday 26 October at The Savoy, London and with the shortlist just over two weeks away, the evening is taking shape.

The awards are held in the Lancaster Ballroom. Doors open at 18:30. Champagne, canapés and bowl food on arrival, followed by the awards presentations across 24 categories. This is a standing reception, designed for conversation as much as celebration. The evening runs until 22:30. Business attire.

The room will bring together editors, writers, photographers, broadcasters, commissioners and the organisations that work alongside them. Every finalist will be there. The conversations that follow tend to go somewhere.

Tickets go on sale on Tuesday 2 September. The shortlist will be announced on 9 September. Early bird: £125, available until 22 September.
