TMA Step Up is a summer intern programme designed to give emerging talent meaningful experience across travel media. Interns work with two leading partner organisations for four weeks each, gaining invaluable insight into editorial, PR and marketing while contributing to real projects and learning directly from top industry professionals.

By the end of the internship, TMA Step Up interns leave with far more than a CV boost.
