Yes, the awards are open to everyone within travel media as long as the work is published within the UK.
The shortlist will be published online on the Travel Media Award website and all finalists will be notified via email by September 2025.
The winners of the Travel Media Awards 2025 will be announced at a glittering ceremony at the Pan Pacific London hotel on 13 October.
The awards will be held on 13 October at the Pan Pacific London, 80 Houndsditch, London EC3A 7AB.
The awards start at 6.30pm and finish at 10:00pm.
The dress code for the awards is business attire.
Yes, the Pan Pacific London hotel is wheelchair accessible.
A suitable assistive listening system is provided to support hearing aid users in the Pacific Ballroom where the awards take place.
